Included with Your Venue Rental

When you book with us, you'll have access to:

  1. Use of the event space, prep kitchen, restrooms, and parking lot

  2. One (1) hour for setup before your event

  3. One (1) hour for clean-up after your event ends

  4. Capacity for up to 150 guests (including children)

  5. Access to our in-house sound system

  6. Stage and dance floor area for a DJ or band

  7. Use of tables and chairs

  8. An on-site Facilities Manager to oversee venue needs (Note: This is not a wedding planner or coordinator)

Services Not Included

Please plan accordingly, as the following are not provided:

  • Chair covers

  • Table linens or specialty linens

  • Centerpieces or event décor

  • DJ or live music entertainment

  • Catering or vendor services

  • Photography/videography

  • Florist services

  • Cakes or bakery items

  • Wedding or event planning services

  • Valet parking
